This newly-built cabin is located directly across from Snow Summit shuttle parking lot and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Comfortably sleeps 12! Two master suites with king beds, jacuzzi-tubs, heated floors & dual sinks. Three additional bedrooms with queen beds and two additional bathrooms. Professional stainless & granite kitchen with top-of-line appliances. High-ceiling living room with hardwood floors and marble fireplace. Spacious & cozy loft with queen sleeper sofa. Family room with queen futon. Three entertainment systems with TVs (incl. 55” big screen), DVDs, VCRs and stereos. Laundry/mud room with washer & dryer, and storage for skiis, boots & accessories. Parking for 4 cars only. No street parking. Spring and Summer Rates: 4/1/08 - 11/15/08 (2 night minimum stay) - $350/night (Weekday) - $400/night (Weekend) Snow Season Rates: 11/16/08 - 3/31/09 (2 night minimum stay) $500/night (Weekday) - $650/night (Weekend) Holiday Rates: 11/27/08 - 11/30/08 (3 night minimum) 12/21/08 - 1/2/09 (3 night minimum) 1/16/09 - 1/19/09 (3 night minimum_ 2/15/09 - 2/18/09 (3 night minimum) $650.00 per night $650/ security deposit / $175 cleaning fee Linens and towels provided.
