This is the PERFECT Place for large family reunions! We are pet friendly to RESPONSIBLE pet owners there is a 150.00 pet deposit refundable if your furry friend behaves thereself ! You are responsible to bring your own personal items(shampoo soap ect) and your own food.We also do not supply firewood at this time so you might want to bring some. Leave it as you would like your own property to be left is our policy. There is NO SMOKING in our homes and PLEASE do not leave your butts on the ground. We hope that you enjoy your stay with us and hope that you will return! Discount is 5% for more then 3 days and 10% for 7 days or more. Holiday rates are higher 425.00 a night.5% discount not to be used in conjuction with any other discounts You must pay for your rental at time of reservation. Dates are not guaranteed untill all monies are received. Cancellation must be 10 days in advance in writing to recieve 50% of rental fee refunded.Cancellations in writing 21 days in advance to recieve 80% of rental fee back. Weekend nights consist of Friday through Saturday Non weekend nights consist of Sunday through Thursday. All rights reserved |
