This lovely cabin accommodates 2-6 people. The lake is full and spectacularly beautiful. This cabin is only 10 minutes to the lake, Snow Summit, Bear Mountain and the village. This Big Bear cozy home has it all! 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, 3 color TV's, 3 VCR's, DVD, large living room with brand new TV, VCR, DVD plus a real comfy chair with an ottoman. The fireplace is a cozy wood-burning fireplace which gives out great heat and a wonderful atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped for big family meals. Everything is there - new gas range, microwave oven, large roasting pans, crock pot, blender, BBQ's and more. There are two bedrooms upstairs, both with Color TV's and VCR'S!) King bed, queen bed, and a queen futon. The huge fenced yard is wonderful for kids and the huge deck for BBQ fun for the adults. Winter Weekly: $799 includes one free night. (Holidays excluded) Summer weekly: Only $525.00. (Holidays excluded) Daily rates are available with a two night minimum stay. (3-4 night minimum for holidays. Reserve now for big savings! Security deposits (Refundable - $200.00) are required. Monthly rentals are also available at substantial discounts. Christmas Rates - 2 night minimum, $289.00 per night - Thanksgiving Rates: $225 per night, 3 night minimum - New Year's Rate: $259 per night - 2 night minimum*. Winter Weekends: $175 per night.* The cleaning fee is $85.00. Towels, linens, blankets and pillows are also provided at no additional charge.
