SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY: * $99.00 per night plus $95.00 cleaning and linens, open and close fee * Fully refundable security deposit - (authorization only on credit card is released upon checkout if cabin is clean and there is no property damage or rental contract violation) WEEKENDS: * $120 per night plus $95 cleaning and linens, open and close fee * Fully refundable security deposit - (authorization only on credit card is released upon checkout if cabin is clean and there is no property damage or rental contract violation). HOLIDAYS 3 night minimum for Labor Day weekend. Rates are $150 per night for these holiday weekends plus cleaning and manager's open and closing fee SPECIAL - Book Friday and Saturday, and we'll give you Sunday night at 50% off the normal rate! SECURITY: $200.00 will be authorized to your credit card, and will be fully refundable per conditions outlined in the rental agreement and reservation confirmation that we'll send For 7 or more nights, the discounted weekly rental fee is $500.00 (except holidays)! PET PROVISION: Pets will be allowed under the following circumstances: If you bring pets, the nightly rental fee is $150.00 (weeknights included) and the security deposit will be $300.00. Pets are not permitted to be left alone in the cabin unless they are in a kennel. Pets must be housebroken and well-behaved. |
